What is the typical Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is relatively low for standard in-stock items. For customized items (OEM/ODM, private label), it varies depending on product category, specifications, and packaging complexity. Once you submit an inquiry, our sales engineer will provide a specific plan based on your target price and production schedule.

What is the standard lead time?

Standard wholesale orders typically take 15–30 days to complete; OEM/ODM custom orders (including mold development, sample confirmation, and mass production) usually take 30–60 days. For peak seasons and complex custom projects, we will communicate the schedule in advance to ensure on-time delivery.

Do you provide samples? What is your sample policy?

We support free shipment of standard samples (buyer covers shipping cost) so you can confirm material and workmanship. For custom samples, a tooling fee will be charged based on process complexity, which can be offset against the order payment once the bulk order is placed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept standard international payment methods including T/T (wire transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). For initial cooperation, we recommend a partial deposit upfront. Once the partnership is established, more flexible payment terms can be offered based on the customer's credit profile.

Do you offer OEM/ODM and private label customization?

We have full OEM/ODM capabilities, covering LOGO printing, color customization, specification adjustment, packaging design, and private label tags. Feel free to provide design files or reference samples, and our product team will evaluate feasibility and provide a quotation.

Do you support third-party inspections and factory visits?

Yes. Customers may send their QA team or commission third-party agencies such as SGS, ITS, or BV to conduct inspections before shipment. We also welcome customers to visit our factory in person to inspect the production lines, laboratory, and sample room.
