1 - 2 daysProposal & Quotation
The engineering team evaluates feasibility and provides material plans, mold plans, and tiered quotations.
2 - 3 daysSample Confirmation
Physical samples are produced and sent to the client for confirmation, supporting multiple rounds of color, specification, and feel adjustments.
7 - 15 daysMass Production Scheduling
After order confirmation, the production schedule is locked. Full progress visibility is provided, with video factory inspections at key milestones.
15 - 30 daysQuality Inspection & Shipment

Common OEM/ODM Customization Questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product category and customization dimensions. Standard MOQ is 500 pieces for racket grip tapes and 1,000 pieces for balls. Orders below MOQ can also be discussed, and we will provide a proposal after evaluating sampling and tooling amortization costs.
How are sampling fees charged?
Standard sampling charges cover materials and labor, and can be deducted from the first production invoice in an equal amount once a bulk order is placed. Private mold development requires a separate tooling fee assessment.
What is the standard lead time?
Sampling takes 7-15 days, and standard bulk production orders take 30-45 days, depending on customization complexity and order volume. A clear production schedule will be provided before contract signing.
Do you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes. All client designs, drawings, color schemes, and packaging materials are managed in isolation within our internal project system. Mutual NDAs and intellectual property protection agreements can be signed.
Can third-party factory audits or inspections be arranged?
We support third-party audits and AQL sampling inspections from SGS, BV, TUV, etc. Video calls or on-site presence at the factory can be arranged at key production stages.
Do you provide brand planning and packaging design?
We offer logo optimization, color box and instruction manual design, and anti-counterfeiting system recommendations as value-added services, quoted separately on a per-project basis.
