OEM/ODM Customization FAQs

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product category and customization dimensions. Standard MOQ is 500 pieces for racket grip tapes and 1,000 pieces for shuttlecocks and balls. Orders below MOQ are negotiable; we will provide a solution after evaluating sampling costs and mold amortization.

How are sampling fees charged?

Standard sampling charges cover materials and labor, and the fee can be deducted in equal portions from the first batch payment once a mass production order is reached. Mold fees for private mold development are assessed separately.

What is the standard delivery lead time?

Sampling takes 7-15 days, and standard mass production orders take 30-45 days, depending on customization complexity and order volume. A clear delivery schedule will be provided before signing.

Do you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

Yes. All client plans, drawings, color schemes, and packaging materials are stored separately within our internal project system. Mutual NDAs and intellectual property protection agreements can be signed.

Can you provide third-party factory audits or inspections?

We support third-party factory audits and AQL sampling inspections by SGS, BV, TUV, and others. Video calls or on-site presence at our factory can be arranged at key production milestones.

Do you provide brand planning and packaging design?

We provide LOGO optimization, color box and instruction manual design, and anti-counterfeiting system recommendations as value-added services, quoted separately on a per-project basis.
