What is the standard lead time?

Standard wholesale orders are generally completed within 15–30 days; OEM/ODM custom orders (including mold development, sample confirmation, and mass production) typically take 30–60 days. Schedules for peak seasons and complex customization projects will be communicated in advance to ensure on-time delivery.

Do you offer samples? What is your sample policy?

We support free shipping of standard samples (buyer covers freight), so you can evaluate materials and workmanship. Custom samples will incur a sampling fee based on process complexity, which can be deducted from the bulk order payment once the order is placed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Standard cooperation accepts international payment methods such as T/T (wire transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). For initial cooperation, a partial deposit is recommended; once a stable partnership is established, more flexible credit terms can be provided based on the customer's credit profile.

Do you offer OEM/ODM and private label customization?
